Vian Physiotherapy Clinic

Vian Physiotherapy Clinic is located at C-44 in Sector-56. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but being in G.B. Nagar means we see people from all over the neighborhood. The space is mostly dedicated to neuro rehabilitation, so we have a lot of mats and bars for people to hold onto while they work on their movement. It’s a lot of physical work for us and the patients. We see people who have had a rough time with their health and are just trying to get back to walking or moving their arms like they used to. There’s a lot of repetition here. You hear a lot of counting and breathing exercises throughout the day. The clinic isn't huge, but we make use of every corner we have. We keep the equipment clean and try to make sure nobody trips over the cords. It’s not the kind of place you come to relax; it’s where you come to sweat a bit and maybe groan when the exercises get tough. Our staff knows most of the regulars by their first names. We talk about the weather or the local news while we work on their joints. It feels more like a workshop for the body than a medical office sometimes. We don't have fancy brochures. People just come because their doctor sent them or they heard we know how to handle neuro cases. It's tough work but it's what we do here in Sector-56.
