Bone Joint & Neuro Physiotherapy Clinic

Down in Sector 12, Noida, you’ll find the Bone Joint & Neuro Physiotherapy Clinic at L 25/3. We are pretty easy to spot because we’re near the Kalaria Baba Mandir. It’s a residential-feeling area but it gets its fair share of foot traffic. The clinic itself is set up for a lot of movement. We have the mats, the balls, and the various machines for the neuro stuff all lined up. It isn't a huge space, so we have to be careful not to trip over the cords. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps when we’re looking at charts. Usually, the day starts with a bit of cleaning because the dust in Noida gets everywhere no matter how much you scrub. We get a mix of people, some coming for bone issues and others for nerve-related things. The atmosphere is generally quiet, punctuated by the sounds of people doing their stretches or the hum of the ultrasound machine. Sometimes the neighborhood kids play outside near the Mandir and we can hear them laughing. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that, just the name on the door. It’s a straightforward place where we focus on getting people moving again. Most of the time, I’m just trying to keep the schedule from falling apart. It's a busy life here in Sector 12, but we manage somehow.
