Uttam Sugar Mill Ltd

Our office is on the third floor of the Cinema Tower, which is located at A-2 in Noida Sector 24. It is a bit of a different setting for Uttam Sugar Mill Ltd, being up in a tower like this. The elevator is sometimes slow, so some of us just take the stairs if we aren't carrying too much. From the windows, you can see a lot of the activity in Sector 24. There is a lot of traffic and people moving around below. The office itself is just a regular workspace. We have files piled up and computers that hum all day long. It isn't the quietest place, but we are used to the noise of the city coming through the glass. Being near the cinema means there’s always something happening in the evening. The third floor gives us a bit of distance from the street, but you still feel the energy of Noida. We have some plants in the corners that we forget to water sometimes. The desks are usually covered in papers and coffee mugs. It’s just how we work here. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. We just get through the paperwork and the meetings that fill up our schedule. It is a busy environment and we are just one part of this big building. Every day is pretty much the same routine of coming in and getting things done.
