Our place is tucked away in Sector 1, Noida, specifically at SE B 40/B 3. We are right near the Institute of Chartered Accountants, so we get a lot of students and office workers during the week. It’s a busy little area, and we’ve become a part of the daily routine for many people working nearby. The restaurant isn't very large, but we make the most of the space we have. We’ve got a few tables where people can grab a quick bite before heading back to their desks. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect a five-course meal, just plain food served quickly. We do a lot of the work ourselves, from buying the ingredients at the market to serving the customers. There’s no big management team behind us. Sometimes we forget to change the calendar on the wall, and the salt shakers might be a little sticky, but that’s just life in a busy kitchen. We don't put on any acts. What you see is what you get. We’ve been in Noida for a bit now and we’ve grown to like the rhythm of this sector. It feels good to see the same faces every day. We’re just a small shop doing our thing, trying to keep everyone fed. We spend our evenings getting ready for the next day, making sure we have enough supplies for the lunch rush.
