Atta Market is always a bit of a madhouse, especially near the Sector 18 Metro Station. That’s where you’ll find us, in Bhawani Market on the 2nd floor, at Office No. 1. Unitax Manpower Resources is right in the middle of all that noise and energy. Most days, we have people coming in and out, looking for work or asking about different job openings we’re trying to fill. It can get pretty cramped in the hallway when there’s a crowd, but we do our best to talk to everyone. The stairs are usually the fastest way up because the market is so packed. We’ve been here long enough that we know the street vendors downstairs by name. Finding good people for jobs is what we do, and it’s not always straightforward. You have to listen to what someone is actually looking for. Our office doesn't have any of those fancy glass walls you see in the new buildings. It’s just a practical space with some desks and a lot of resumes piled up. Sometimes it feels like we’re part of the market ourselves with all the shouting and music coming from the street. We just keep our heads down and try to match the right person with the right company. It's a lot of talking on the phone and checking documents. It isn't glamorous, but it keeps the lights on and helps people find a way to earn their living.
