Our place is on the first floor of Chauhan Market in Challera, over in Sector 44. It’s office number 2. Being in a market area means there is always a lot of activity around us from early morning until late at night. We handle facilitation services, which is just a fancy way of saying we help buildings run smoothly, mostly through security and general help. The office isn't very big, and it’s usually filled with the sound of the market outside. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for when the guards come in for their briefings. We’ve been in Challera for a while and we like the location because it’s easy for our workers to get to. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or decor. We would rather just focus on making sure our clients are taken care of. Sometimes the stairs up to the office are a bit cluttered, but that's just how things go in a busy market building. We are just regular people working here, not some corporate executives. We talk to our clients directly and if there is a problem, we handle it right then. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look as long as the work gets done correctly. It's a practical business and we like keeping it that way. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy setup, we just want to get things done.
