Gajraj Security Guards Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No C-94 in Sector 63. This is a big industrial sector, so the air usually smells a bit like machinery and there’s always construction going on somewhere nearby. Our office is a functional space that we’ve set up to manage our guard force. It isn't a place for showing off. We have some sturdy chairs, a few desks, and a big map of the sector on the wall. We spend our days interviewing new guards and talking to the managers of the factories around here. Sector 63 is a busy place, and we’re right in the middle of it. We don't go in for corporate talk or fancy presentations. We just talk to people like we’re neighbors. If a company needs extra security because of a delivery, we sort it out. We have a tea stall at the corner where we usually take our breaks and talk about the day’s work. On paydays, the office gets very crowded with all the guards coming in, and it can get quite loud. We just try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. We’re not trying to change the world; we’re just a local security company doing our part to keep the businesses in this sector safe. It’s hard work, but we’re used to it. The lights stay on late some nights when we have a lot of scheduling to finish up.
