At Ultra Tech Cement Ltd., we operate from our site at No- A/9, Phase-2, Sector-80. This is an industrial area, so it’s all about the work here. There aren't many shops or houses nearby, just other yards and warehouses. Our daily life involves a lot of logistics. The trucks come in early, often before the sun is even fully up, and we have to get them loaded or unloaded as fast as we can to keep things moving. The yard at Sector-80 is quite big, but it fills up fast when the big shipments arrive. It’s a very practical environment. We have a small cabin for the staff where we keep the records and take our breaks. The noise of the machinery and the trucks is constant, but you stop noticing it after the first hour of work. We handle a lot of volume here, and it keeps everyone on their feet. There is no time for anything fancy. We focus on the inventory and making sure the bags are stored properly so they don't get damp. Phase-2 is a bit of a drive from the main city, so once we are here for the day, we stay here. Most of the guys have been working in this sector for years and we all know how the routine goes. It’s just a matter of getting the cement out to the sites where people are building.
