Katyal Traders

We run Katyal Traders out of D-224 in Sector-10. It’s a straightforward setup. We’ve been here for a while and most of the locals know where to find us. We deal with various trading materials, mostly stuff for construction and general repairs. The space at D-224 is where we keep our main stock and do all our paperwork. It’s not a big corporate office, just a practical place to do business. We have a couple of people helping out with the loading and unloading. Sector-10 is a decent area and being here makes it easy for customers to drop in. We don't have a big website or a marketing team. We just answer the phone and talk to people when they walk in. Some days are really quiet and we just organize the shelves. Other days, everyone seems to come at once and it’s a bit chaotic. We try to keep track of everything but every now and then we might lose a pen or misplace a receipt for a minute. That’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide what our customers ask for at a fair price. We’ve seen other shops come and go, but we’ve stayed put at this address. It works for us. We just keep going, day after day, making sure the orders are filled and the bills are paid.
