Tata Power Solar Systems Ltd

Tata Power Solar Systems is located on the third floor of Shatabdi Bhavan. That’s at B-12 and 13 in Sector-4. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings in the sector, which is nice. The office is usually buzzing with people talking about solar panels and installations. We deal with a lot of paperwork because solar projects involve so many different parts and regulations. It’s not just about the panels; it’s about the whole system working together. We have people coming in and out all the time, mostly engineers and field staff who are back from a site. The elevators in this building are sometimes slow, so a lot of us just take the stairs to save time. It’s a professional environment but it’s not stiff. We have our desks cluttered with diagrams and site photos. Most of us have been working with renewable energy for a while now. We know the area well. Lunch usually involves heading down to the local spots in Sector-4. The work is steady. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with teams who are actually out in the sun putting the racks up. It’s a lot of coordination between the office and the ground. Even though it is a big name, the daily life here feels like any other office where people are just trying to get their work done.
