If you head over to B-54 in Sector-63, you’ll find our office for Tycon Automation Pvt.Ltd. We are right in the middle of Electronic City, which is a busy spot full of tech companies and small startups. Our workspace is usually a bit of a mess with wires, sensors, and different controllers scattered across the benches. We don't really have a cleaning crew that comes in every night, so things tend to pile up a bit. It’s a relaxed atmosphere where we spend most of our time trying to automate different processes for our clients. We aren't big on titles or formal hierarchies. Usually, the person who knows the most about a specific part just takes the lead on that task. The air conditioning in the building is a bit moody, sometimes it’s freezing and other times it barely works, so we keep a few extra sweaters around. Lunch is usually spent at one of the local stalls nearby, catching up on news or just complaining about the traffic in Sector-63. We don't have a big sales team; most of our work comes from people who have heard about us through word of mouth. It’s a quiet, steady life here. We just like making things work better through tech, and we don't feel the need to make a big show of it. It is just a regular office with people who care about doing a decent job.
