We are based at B-34 in Sector 85. It's one of those big industrial areas where it's easy to get lost if you don't know the block numbers. Our building is just a solid, functional place where we get the metalcraft work done. You'll usually hear a lot of clanging and the sound of machines running throughout the shift. That is just part of the everyday life here. The space is split between the main floor where the work happens and a tiny area for the desk stuff and paperwork. We have raw metal coming in on trucks all the time, so the yard stays pretty busy with loading and unloading. The guys working here are used to the heat and the physical labor. We don't have fancy furniture or a big flashing sign, we just focus on the metal parts we make. Some days are definitely longer than others, especially when we have big orders needing to go out on a deadline. The roads in Sector 85 are a bit rough, and when the wind kicks up, it gets really dusty outside. We have a small corner for breaks where we sit and talk about whatever is on our minds or just drink some water. It's just a group of people doing a job they know. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It's just a factory in a busy sector. Most of us live nearby so the commute isn't too bad. We start the machines, do the work, and then head home.
