We've been at Plot No. 31 in Sector-88 for a while now. It’s a busy corner of the block. Most days start pretty early because the trucks come in before the sun gets too hot. We make different things here under the Sweetwell India Products name. It’s not fancy. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but the machines work fine. Our team is mostly folks who live nearby. We know each other's families and what everyone likes for lunch. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the production lines going, but you get used to it. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. There’s always paperwork to do in the small office up front. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the desks get buried in forms. Sector-88 is mostly industrial, so there isn't much to see out the window except other gates and more trucks. We have a small tea break in the afternoon. That’s usually when we catch up on the local news or complain about the traffic on the main road. It’s just honest work here. Nobody wears a suit unless they have to go to a meeting in the city. Mostly, it’s just boots and work shirts. We’ve had some of the same people for ten years. That says something, I think. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing at Plot 31.
