Subros Ltd

We are based out of B 216 in Phase Ii, over in Gautam Budh Nagar. It’s a big area, and our facility at Subros Ltd is just one of many in this district, but it’s where we spend our whole day. The gates open early and the shift workers start rolling in. It’s a lot of coordination to keep things moving at this scale. We handle a lot of parts and assemblies. The floor is organized, but it still feels like a real workshop where stuff actually gets made. You can hear the hiss of air tools and the clatter of metal bins being moved around. It’s dusty sometimes, and it gets hot in the summer, but that’s just part of the job in Phase Ii. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the front office looks. As long as the production is steady, we’re happy. We’ve got a canteen where everyone grabs a bite, and the talk is usually about the work or the latest scores. Being in Dist. Gautam Budh Nagar means we are close to a lot of other businesses, which helps when we need something quickly. Sometimes things get hectic when a big shipment is due, and we’re all running around a bit more than usual. But mostly, it’s just a steady rhythm. We’ve been at B 216 for a long time, and the building has its quirks, like the one door that always sticks, but it’s home for us.
