We are situated at Plot No.18 in Sector-140A. It is a bit of a newer area compared to some others but it’s still mostly just a place for work. Sterling Components India Pvt.Ltd. is our official name though we usually just call it the shop. Plot No.18 is basically a large workspace where we handle all the components and stuff that comes through. There isn't a lot of decoration on the walls or anything like that because we are more interested in getting things organized. Sector-140A is still developing in some parts so there is often construction noise nearby which can be a bit annoying when you are trying to concentrate. We have a decent team here and everyone just sticks to their own tasks. It’s not a complicated place to work and we try to keep it that way. We don't have any big speeches or mission statements posted up anywhere. We just show up in the morning and do what needs doing until it’s time to head home. The office part is small and mostly filled with files and old coffee mugs. We like the practical feel of the place and it suits the kind of work we do with all the different parts and pieces. It’s just a normal business in a normal plot of land and we are happy to be here doing our bit every day.
