Sony Communication

Sony Communication is tucked away in Sector 58, right in the Bishanpura area. If you live around here, you probably know where we are. It’s not one of those big malls, just a straightforward shop where people come when their phone starts acting up. We spend most of our time behind the counter. Sometimes the internet is slow or a phone just won't charge, and that’s when people walk in. We’ve been at this location for a good bit of time now. The street gets busy during the day with everyone going to work. We see a lot of the same people every week. They might need a quick top-up or a new screen guard because they dropped their phone again. It happens to everyone. We keep things simple. There’s no big sign with flashing lights, just our name and the work we do. We talk to the customers like neighbors because that’s what they are. It’s a small space, but we make it work. We have different cables and chargers hanging up. If something is broken, we take a look and tell you if it can be fixed or not. No sense in making it more complicated than it needs to be. We just keep the shop open and help out whoever comes in from the neighborhood. It's just us here in Bishanpura, doing what we can for the local folks. We like it that way.
