Planet Retail Holdings Private Limited

You can find us over at A 1203 Antriksh Kanball, which is right in Sector 77. Planet Retail Holdings is where we manage the behind-the-scenes stuff for our retail operations. It’s an office environment, but it’s not particularly formal. There are desks piled with folders, and the sound of keyboards clicking is constant. We spend most of our time looking at spreadsheets and talking to store managers on the phone. Sector 77 is developing fast, so there’s always construction noise outside the window. We aren't a boutique or a shop ourselves; we are the ones making sure the shops have what they need to stay open. It’s a lot of logistics and planning. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long, and other times it’s just a quiet afternoon of catching up on emails. We have a small pantry where we make coffee and occasionally share some snacks someone brought from home. It feels like a regular workplace where everyone is just trying to get through their to-do list. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just focus on the daily tasks of running a retail business. It’s a lot of coordination between the warehouse and the storefronts. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially around the holidays.
