Snacks Point

Snacks Point is at Sector 18 62. It’s just a little corner where we put out some snacks for people who are hungry during the day. We don't have a big menu. We just do the things we know how to do well. Mostly it's fried stuff and some tea. The stove is always going. We have a small counter where you can stand and eat. There isn't really any room for tables. Sector 18 can be a busy place, especially with people working in the offices nearby. They come over when they have a break. We see the same faces every day at the same time. It’s kind of funny how people have their routines. We aren't trying to be a restaurant. We are just a spot for a quick bite. The grease gets on everything eventually, so we are always wiping down the counter. It’s a never-ending job. My cousin works the morning shift and I take the afternoon. We don't talk much while we work because there’s always something to fry or a customer waiting. We don't have a fancy sign, just a hand-painted one that’s getting a bit faded now. But people find us anyway. They know if the light is on, we are serving. We just keep it moving and try to get the orders out fast so people can get back to their jobs. It is just what we do every day to make a living.
