Smart Hire

Smart Hire operates out of an office at C-278 in Sector-22, Noida. Sector-22 is one of those places that stays busy from morning till night. There are always people moving around outside. Our office isn't too big, but it fits the few of us who work here every day. We spend most of our time talking to people on the phone or sitting at our desks. It can get a bit noisy with all the chatter, but that’s just how it is when you’re dealing with hiring. There are a lot of files stacked up on the shelves and the printers always seem to be running. We’ve been at this address for some time now. The local market is close by, so there's always a place to go if we need something. It’s a very practical setup. We don't have any big corporate signs or anything like that, just our name on the door. Most days involve looking through piles of papers and trying to keep everything organized. Sometimes we lose track of time because the work just keeps coming. It's a very normal office environment where everyone knows each other. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going. The walk from the main road isn't too far, which helps. It's just a regular local business trying to keep things moving in Noida. We don't complicate things more than they need to be.
