Soothe Healthcare is based out of D-14 in the Site - IV Surajpur Industrial Area of Greater Noida. It’s a fairly large site because we handle a lot of manufacturing for personal hygiene products. The building is a big warehouse-style structure that stays very busy throughout the week. Inside, you will see rows of machines and workers in protective gear making sure everything is running correctly. It isn't a quiet place; there is always the sound of conveyors moving and boxes being packed. The area around Surajpur is very industrial, so there is a lot of truck traffic and dust in the air outside. We have a small office section for the management and admin staff, but the real heart of the place is the factory floor. We have been operating here for several years and have grown quite a bit since we started. We don't spend time on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. Most of our effort goes into keeping the production lines moving and making sure we have enough supplies for the next batch. It’s a lot of logistical work and managing schedules for the different shifts. We are just a group of people working hard to get products out to the stores. There aren't any big speeches here, just the daily routine of keeping a factory running smoothly in Greater Noida.
