MOXIE DEVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, Noida

Moxie Devices is based in Noida at G212, Sector 63. This is a fairly standard industrial building in this part of Uttar Pradesh. Noida is full of these sectors, and 63 is definitely one of the busiest ones around. Our office isn’t anything special to look at from the street. Inside, we have our workstations and a lot of electronic components laying around on the benches. We are a private limited company, but we don't act like one of those big corporate offices with fancy rules. Most of us just wear our regular clothes and get to work. We build devices and test them right here. There’s always a soldering iron warming up somewhere or a screen flickering. The commute to Noida can be a bit of a nightmare with the traffic, so we usually have people coming in at different times. We don't have a big HR department or fancy posters on the wall. We just have a whiteboard with a messy list of things to do. We get our tea from the guy who comes around on a cycle every morning. It’s a practical environment for us. We don't have long meetings about nothing; we just talk across the desks when something comes up. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, but we try to keep things balanced. It’s just a bunch of people who like making things and happen to have a shop here.
