Kriti Global Pte Ltd is located at 129G/ 22-24 inside the Noida Special Economic Zone. Being in the NSEZ means we have to follow quite a few gate rules and security checks every day. Our office is a functional space in the 129G block. It’s not a luxury setup by any means. We have our computers, a few printers, and some stacks of files that always seem to be growing. Most of us take the metro or drive through the Noida traffic to get here. The economic zone is a bit of a world of its own, very busy and full of different companies. We focus on our global operations from these few rooms. We don't have a big fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll likely see us busy on our headsets or typing away. We have a small kettle for tea and a microwave in the corner. That’s about as fancy as it gets. We don't spend time on promotional speeches or trying to sound bigger than we are. It’s a small team of dedicated people just trying to keep the business moving forward. Sometimes the power goes out in the zone, or the internet slows down, and we just have to wait it out. It’s a normal office life with all its little frustrations and small wins. We’ve stayed here because it’s where the work happens and the location makes sense for us. It’s a busy place.
