Our place, Addwatt Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd., is in the Pinnacle Tower over in Sector 62, Noida. Being in an industrial area means there is always a lot of activity around us. We focus on power solutions, which basically means we deal with batteries, inverters, and solar setups. The office is in 108 Pinnacle Tower, and it’s usually filled with technical drawings and some sample equipment lying around. We aren't the type to wear suits and sit in boardrooms. We are more comfortable in the field or looking at technical specs on our computers. It gets quite hot in the summers here, so we know exactly why good power backup is important for everyone. We spend our days talking to engineers and suppliers to make sure we have the right parts for the projects we are working on. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the math is right before anything gets installed. We don't use big words to sound important; we just tell people what will work for their building and what won't. The team is small and we’ve all been in the power industry for a long time. We just stay focused on the work, keep the coffee pot going, and try to solve the technical problems that come our way. It’s steady, practical work in a busy part of Gautam Budh Nagar.
