Scarlet

Scarlet is located at 481 Sector-29. It’s a decent-sized space, though we’ve filled up almost every corner with stuff over the years. I remember when we first moved in, the walls were totally bare. Now, there are notes taped everywhere and stacks of boxes waiting to go out. Sector-29 is a pretty active part of town, so there’s always noise from the street. We don’t mind it much. Working here feels pretty normal, nothing like those big glass buildings downtown. We wear regular clothes and drink a lot of coffee to keep going. Sometimes the heater makes a weird clicking sound in the winter, but it stays warm enough. At Scarlet, we don’t really have any big slogans. We just show up at 481 and get to work. Most of us have been here for a long time, so we know where everything is kept, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. The neighbors are nice, and we occasionally chat with the delivery drivers. It’s a straightforward life. We do our tasks, pack the items, and make sure the door is locked tight when we leave for the day. There’s no secret to it. We just run Scarlet from this spot in Sector-29 and try to stay busy. It’s not perfect, but it is our place and we like it that way. We usually keep a spare key under the mat just in case someone forgets theirs.
