Kaizen Accessories

You can find us at Plot C-10 in Sector 39. It’s a typical industrial plot area where there is always something being made or moved around. At Kaizen Accessories, we spend our time putting together different bits and pieces that people need for their own products. It is the kind of job that requires a lot of patience and looking at small details. The building isn't very new, but it serves its purpose for what we do every day. We usually start quite early in the morning before the sun gets too strong. There’s a lot of sorting, packing, and checking going on inside. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, so we just sit outside and wait for it to come back. It gives us a chance to talk about things other than work. We don't have a fancy lobby or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk in and see everyone busy at their benches. The sector is full of other small businesses like ours, so there’s a constant flow of trucks and motorbikes. We keep our coffee machine running all day because it’s the only way some of us stay awake through the repetitive tasks. It’s just a normal workplace with people trying to earn a living and making sure the accessories we produce are decent enough to go out to the customers. We don't have any big corporate rules here.
