We’ve been at this spot in Irwo Palm Court for a while now. It’s right near Gate 05 in Greater Noida, so it isn't too hard to find if you know the area. Rupesh manages things here at J 002. Most days it’s just us figuring out different design layouts and looking at papers. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where the work gets done. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but we just keep going. It gets pretty quiet around here in the afternoons, which helps when you have to focus on the technical side of things. We have coffee and just talk about what needs finishing by the end of the week. There’s a lot of back and forth with drawings. We try to keep everything organized, but sometimes the desk gets piled up with sketches and notes. It’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started. People come and go. We just stay here doing our thing. It's a regular job for us. We don't spend much time worrying about the office looking perfect for visitors. We’d rather just get the designs right. The morning commute is okay if you leave early enough. Anyway, that’s basically what we do here in Ala -1. Just a small team trying to stay on top of the pile.
