You can find Miracle Ites Pvt. Ltd. on the 4th floor of D-56 in Sector 2, right near the Red FM office. Being on the fourth floor means we get a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other buildings and the tops of cars. The elevator works most of the time, but we usually just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. It’s a busy office. We have people coming in and out all day. There’s always the sound of keyboards clicking and phones ringing in the background. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s a functional space designed for getting things done. We deal with data and IT services, but we talk about it in plain English. There’s no need for jargon when a simple explanation will do. The team is a mix of young kids just starting out and some older heads who’ve seen it all. We get along well enough. Lunchtime is usually a scramble for the microwave. It’s a real workplace with real people who sometimes get stressed but generally enjoy what they do. We don't put on a show for anyone. If you come by, you’ll see us as we are—just a group of people working hard in Sector 2. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand.
