Pc Services is located at Shop Number 10 in Rana Market. We are pretty close to the Ct Hospital, so people often use that as a landmark to find us. It’s a small space, mostly filled with monitors, half-taken-apart towers, and a lot of cables. I started this shop because I’ve always been the person friends called when their computer stopped working. Now, I do it for everyone in the neighborhood. It’s not a sterile laboratory. There’s dust and the smell of solder sometimes. We deal with all sorts of issues, from broken screens to systems that just won't boot up. Some days are quiet, and other days it feels like everyone’s laptop broke at the same time. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished reception area. You just walk in and tell us what’s wrong. We try to explain what needs fixing without using too much technical jargon. Rana Market is a busy spot, especially with the hospital traffic nearby. We see a lot of people coming and going. Sometimes we can fix a problem while you wait, other times it takes a few days to get a part delivered. We just take it one machine at a time. It’s a practical business. We’re here to get your tech back in working order so you can get back to your own life. The shop gets a bit cramped when we have five or six computers waiting for parts, but we manage the space as best we can. I’ve got a small workbench in the back where I spend most of my hours. It’s got all my tools laid out just the way I like them. Rana Market is a good place to be because there’s always a tea stall nearby when I need a break. We don't have any formal uniforms here. I usually just wear a t-shirt and jeans. It’s more comfortable for crawling under desks to check cables. People know that if they have a weird sound coming from their fan or a screen that’s flickering, they can just bring it in. We don't charge for just looking at things most of the time. We’d rather be honest if something isn't worth fixing. It’s better to build a reputation for being fair than to make a quick buck. We’re just a local service for local people.
