Satyapaul is over at 155 & 156 on the 1st Floor of The Great India Place in Sector 38 A. It’s a huge mall, and we are right there opposite Sector 18. Being in a place like this means there’s always something going on. There are crowds on the weekends and plenty of music and noise from the other shops. It’s a bit different from being in a standalone shop on a quiet street. We’ve been here for a good while, and we’ve seen the mall change over the years. Our space on the first floor is where we keep everything organized. It’s a bit of a trek to get through the parking lot sometimes, but once you’re inside, it’s easier to find us. We aren't a giant team. It’s just a few of us who know the inventory inside and out. We spend our days talking to people who walk in and keeping the shelves looking decent. It’s not always perfect; sometimes things get out of place when it’s busy and we have to fix it all after we close. We don’t use any corporate scripts when we talk to folks. We just say hello and help out if someone needs it. Sector 38 is a busy part of Noida, and being in Great India Place keeps us on our toes. We like the energy of the mall even on the long days when our feet hurt from standing. It’s just where we do our business.
