We’re located over in Sector 22, Noida. If you know this area, it’s a mix of houses and small businesses. We’ve been here for some time now. Our office isn't very large, just enough space for the staff to sit comfortably and get through their tasks. We deal with a lot of international stuff, which means we’re often on the phone at weird hours to match other time zones. The furniture is getting a little old, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for us. We don't have any fancy posters or mission statements on the walls. Mostly just calendars and some notes tacked up. There's a small tea stall just outside where we all go around 4 PM. It’s a good way to clear our heads. The traffic in Sector 22 can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to leave a bit early or just stay late until it clears up. We handle a lot of emails and spreadsheets throughout the day. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else’s name. We don’t try to act like a big corporate firm; we just do our work and go home to our families. It’s a simple life here, and we’re okay with that. Most of us have been working here for years and we know the routine by heart, so we just get on with it.
