Roots Cooling Systems

Roots Cooling Systems is based out of B-53 in the Hosiery Complex. This is over in Noida Phase II, which is a pretty crowded spot most days of the week. You probably know the area if you spend any time in Noida, it’s got that specific industrial energy. We spend our days here dealing with everything related to cooling systems and keeping the operations steady. The building itself is just a regular spot in the complex, nothing too crazy to look at from the outside. Getting here in the morning involves weaving through the local traffic, which is a bit of a headache sometimes, but that’s just Noida for you. Inside B-53, things are usually humming along. We have a small team of people who have been around for a long time. We aren’t big on fancy meetings or long speeches. Usually, we just grab a tea, talk about what needs to be finished, and get to it. The Hosiery Complex is a busy hub, so there’s always something going on nearby. It feels good to be part of the local fabric here in Phase II. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but our spot remains the same. It’s a decent place to work and we don't feel the need to move anywhere else. Every day is a bit different, but the goal is always just to finish the tasks we have in front of us.
