Roots Cooling Systems operates out of B-53 in the Hosiery Complex, which is part of Phase II in Noida. It’s right in the G.B. Nagar district. The area is very industrial, filled with a lot of manufacturing units and warehouses. Our building is a simple one, designed more for utility than for looks. We have a mix of office space and storage here, which makes sense for what we do. Since we deal with cooling systems, it’s ironic that the complex can get pretty hot during the summer months, but we make do. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially after it rains, so we’re used to some mud and potholes on the way to the gate. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of fans and people typing. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees; we’re a smaller group that knows each other’s names. We spend our days answering queries, checking on inventory, and making sure the technicians have what they need. Lunch is usually a quick affair, often brought from home in tiffin carriers. We don’t have a flashy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just a place where we put in our hours and try to keep things moving. It’s a practical setup for a practical business, and we like that it’s not overly complicated. We just focus on getting the systems ready and keeping the paperwork in order for the next shipment.
