We are located on the second floor of N-35 in Sector-12, Noida. It’s one of those busy buildings where there is always something going on. Being Rojgaar Guru Consultants, we see a lot of people coming in and out looking for work or asking about job openings. The stairs can be a bit of a climb since we are on the second floor, but it gives us a bit of a view of the street. Sector-12 is a crowded part of Noida, so there is always the sound of horns and people shouting outside. Inside the office, it is a mix of desks and chairs where people sit down to fill out forms or wait for a chat. It’s not a very quiet place, but it has a good energy to it. We spend our time looking through job listings and talking to candidates. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, honestly. Sometimes the AC struggles when the Noida sun is really beating down, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some big international firm. We are just local consultants helping people find their way in the job market. It’s practical work. Most of us have been here for a while, so we know the routine. We just try to get through the daily pile of resumes and help whoever walks through the door. It is often hectic but we prefer it that way over having nothing to do.
