Ritual Foods Pvt.Ltd.

Our place is at Plot No.5C in Block -A of Sector-80. It’s a fairly quiet part of the industrial sector compared to the main roads. Ritual Foods Pvt.Ltd. occupies this building. We have a kitchen area and a packaging section that takes up most of the room. It always smells like whatever we are processing that day. Sometimes it’s spices, other times it’s something sweeter. We have a routine that starts around eight in the morning. Everyone has their specific station. We don't have many meetings, we just talk while we work. The floor is always being cleaned because we have to keep things tidy in a food business. Our office is just a small corner with a few computers and a lot of files. We handle everything ourselves, from sourcing the ingredients to seeing the boxes onto the trucks. There are about twelve of us in total. We’ve grown a bit since we started, but we still feel like a small outfit. The building itself is plain, just white walls and metal doors. We don't spend money on decorations because we’d rather put it into the equipment. In the evenings, we wrap everything up and make sure the logs are signed. It’s a simple life. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation. We just want to make sure the food we send out is good and the orders are correct every single day.
