We have a setup over in Noida at Flat No. 28D in Sector-71. It’s a residential-style office, which is pretty common for smaller teams around here. Sector-71 is a decent area and fairly easy to reach once you get off the main roads. The flat itself is where Oikos India Pvt. Ltd. handles its local operations. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where we’ve set up our desks and filing cabinets. We like it because it feels more relaxed than a cold office building. We have a small kitchen area for making coffee and lunch. Most of our work involves talking to people over the phone or handling logistics. Sometimes we have visitors, but usually, it’s just the staff here. The balcony gives us a bit of fresh air when we need a break from the screens. We don't have a big corporate logo on the door, just a small nameplate so people know they’ve got the right flat. It’s a quiet place to work most days. We keep our own hours for the most part, as long as the work gets finished. The parking in the sector can be a bit tricky if you arrive late in the morning. We’ve gotten used to the layout of the building over the years. It’s just a practical, no-nonsense spot to run a business. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized without making it too complicated.
