Recruitment Executive

We are based over at A 570/19 in Noida. It is a busy neighborhood and finding a decent parking spot in the morning can be a real headache sometimes. Recruitment Executive is the name on the door, but really it is just a handful of us sitting in a room with a bunch of phones and old laptops. The office is a bit crowded because we have a lot of files and resumes stacked up on the metal shelves. We spend the whole day talking to people who are looking for jobs and companies that need help finding staff. It can be quite exhausting because the phone never seems to stop ringing. We are not a big fancy agency with a glass front and a receptionist. We are just in a regular building where the elevator sometimes has a mind of its own. We eat our lunch at our desks most days because there is always another call to take or an email to answer. Noida gets really hot in the summer, and our air conditioner struggles to keep up sometimes, so we have a couple of small table fans as backup. We don't have any polished scripts or corporate talk. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors. We tell them what jobs are available and we try to help them out. It is honest work and we have been doing it this way for several years now. The day goes by fast.
