Rajnish Sharma

I’m Rajnish Sharma and my place is over at number 38 in Sector 15. Noida has changed a lot since I first moved here, but this sector still feels a bit more settled than the newer parts. I’ve been running my business from here for quite a while now. It’s a straightforward setup in a regular building. I didn't want to deal with the high rents and the ego of the big IT parks, so I stayed here. My workspace is filled with books, old files, and a desk that I’ve had since I started. It’s a bit cluttered, but I know where everything is. Usually, I'm the first one in and the last one to leave. I don't have a big staff, just a few dedicated people who have been with me for years. We handle things as they come. There’s no grand plan or five-year strategy; we just focus on doing a good job for whoever walks through the door today. Sector 15 is a good location because it’s easy for people to find us without getting lost in those massive commercial blocks. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a very human way of doing things. I like the independence of it. We don't answer to some big boss in another city. We just answer to the people who use our services here in Noida. It's a quiet life but it keeps me busy and satisfied.
