Poze

Poze is located at 127 inside the TGIP Mall, which most folks know as the Great India Place in Sector 38. Working in a big mall like this is a bit different from having a shop on a regular street corner. You’re always under the bright lights and the air conditioning is humming all day long. We’ve been in this unit for some time now. It’s a good spot because there are always people walking past on their way to the bigger stores. We spend a lot of our time just organizing the stock and talking to people who wander in to see what we have. It’s not a huge space, but we make the most of it. On the weekends, it gets incredibly busy with families and teenagers hanging out, so we have to be on our toes. During the week, it’s much quieter, which gives us time to do the inventory and clean up. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We are just a local retail business trying to stay afloat in a competitive place like Sector 38. The staff here are just regular people from the area. We usually take turns going to the food court for a break. It’s a decent place to work, even if it feels a bit boxed in sometimes. Being near the main Great India Place entrance makes it easy for friends to drop by. We just take things one day at a time here.
