We've been at F-430 in Sector 63 for a while now. Most days it’s just us working through piles of work that seem to never end. It gets pretty noisy with the machines running, but that's just how it is here. We aren't some big flashy office with a lobby. We are just a workspace where things actually get made by hand. Sometimes the power goes out or the delivery truck is late, and we just have to deal with it. People often stop by to check on their orders and we usually end up having a cup of tea while we talk. It’s a busy area in Noida. My desk is always covered in papers and scrap samples. We started small and just kept going because there was work that needed doing. Every morning we open up the big metal shutters and get started. It’s definitely not fancy. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but the work we do is what really matters to us. We have a few guys who have been with us since the very first day. They know how every single machine runs. If you come by to visit, you’ll probably see us in the middle of something messy. We don't have a reception desk or a secretary. You just walk in and find whoever is available. That's how we like to run things. No fuss at all. We just focus on the job and getting things finished.
