We are over at Plot No- C-70 in Sector 63. It's an industrial part of town, so things stay busy around here. Positive Steps Facility Management Services isn't a huge operation, just a group of us trying to keep offices and buildings in good shape. Mostly, we handle the cleaning and the general upkeep that people forget about until something breaks. You know how it is, the toilets need fixing or the floor needs a good scrub, and that's where we come in. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Some days are slow, others we have guys running all over the place. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just an office where we manage the schedules and talk to the staff. Dealing with maintenance means you never really know what the day will bring. One morning it's electrical issues, the next it's just making sure the trash got picked up on time. We try to keep things simple. People call us when they need a hand with their property, and we send someone over. It’s honest work, and it keeps us occupied. Sector 63 has a lot of competition, but we just focus on the task in front of us. We don't spend much time on talk. Most of our tools and supplies are stored right here. It’s noisy outside sometimes with all the trucks, but we like it here. That’s pretty much the whole story for us.
