Out-Smart

We are over in Sector 29, at house 1630. Noida is full of these sectors, and 29 is a bit more relaxed than some of the others. Out-Smart is basically just a few of us working together in this space. It’s not a big glass tower or anything. We have a regular door and some plants outside that we try to keep alive. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of wires. We’ve been here for a while and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We get in, make some coffee, and start going through the files. There’s no big fancy meeting room here, usually we just talk across the desks. It gets the job done. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, which is just how it is in this area, so we have a backup for the computers. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. Most people who work with us heard about us from someone else. It's a simple setup. We like it that way because it keeps things straightforward. No one wears a suit unless they really have to. We just focus on the projects and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. The neighborhood is quiet enough that we can actually hear ourselves think most of the time. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we heat up lunch. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people who try to do a good job without making a fuss.
