Okaya Inc

Okaya Inc is based out of Sector 22 in Noida. We are on the first floor at C 233. It is a typical office setup in a busy part of Uttar Pradesh. The area around Sector 22 is always moving, so there is plenty of energy around us. We have been here for a while, and the office has that lived-in feel. There are stacks of paper that need filing and the printer sometimes acts up when we are in a rush. We are not a massive company with a shiny lobby. It is just a practical workspace where we get things done. We deal with various projects and clients throughout the day. It is a lot of emails and phone conversations. We do not use a lot of business jargon because it just slows things down. We prefer to speak plainly. If something is going to take a week, we say it will take a week. Honesty is just easier for everyone involved. Being in India, especially in a hub like No Ida, means things move fast. We try to keep up without losing our minds. Some days are more stressful than others, but we manage. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs and go home at the end of the day feeling like we did a decent job. That is the reality of it here at C 233.
