Ohya Solution Pvt Ltd is based out of Noida, which is a pretty vast place when you think about it. If you spend any time here, you know it’s a mix of wide roads, dusty construction sites, and those tall glass office blocks that seem to pop up overnight. Our corner of Noida is pretty much like any other; it’s busy, it’s often hot, and there is always a sense of everyone being in a hurry to get somewhere. We don't have a flashy entrance or anything like that. It’s just an office where we show up, turn on the lights, and start our computers. The weather here can be a bit much sometimes, especially during the monsoon or the peak of summer, so we’re usually just glad for the fans and the indoor shade. We’ve got a few desks pushed together and a small corner for making tea or coffee. Most of our day is spent quietly working through whatever comes our way. We don't really have a lot of meetings; we just talk across the room when something needs to be said. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first got here, with new shops and food joints opening up every few months. It’s a typical Noida experience, really—lots of traffic on the way in and a lot of work to do once you arrive. We’re just one of many small teams in this city trying to get through the week.
