We deal with security staff every day. Usually, the office is full of uniforms and schedules. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure everyone showed up for their shift. It’s a serious job but we try to keep the atmosphere light in the office. The plaza gets quite busy in the evenings. We’ve been running this for a few years now. It started small and grew as more shops around Sector 26 needed help. Our desks are covered in notebooks and rosters. We don't have fancy leather chairs. Just basic stools and some old computers. There’s always someone coming in to apply for a job or ask about their pay. We try to be fair with everyone. Managing people is never easy, but we do our best. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, honestly. We’re more worried about the operations than the decor. It’s a practical space for a practical business. We drink tea from the stall upstairs. Every day brings a different problem to solve, like a guard missing his bus or a client needing an extra person last minute. We just handle it and move on to the next task. We are just local people doing our bit.
