United Protiens Limited is based at C-213 in the Sector 63 industrial area. If you spend any time in this part of Noida, you know it is mostly factories and big warehouses. Our building is a simple concrete structure that fits right in with the rest of the block. We focus on protein products, which means a lot of our day is spent dealing with large batches and industrial machines. It is not a place for window shopping or browsing. We have a loading dock where trucks come in and out all day long. The office part is just a few desks and some old filing cabinets where we keep track of the paperwork. It gets quite loud during the peak hours of production, but that is just part of the environment here. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time. We usually have our tea breaks together in the small shade outside. The summers are tough because the heat in these industrial sheds can get intense, but we manage with a few heavy-duty fans. We aren't trying to be a fancy corporate office with glass walls. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the orders are ready when the transport arrives. It is a straightforward, hardworking atmosphere. Most of our neighbors are doing similar things, so there is a sense of everyone just getting on with their business.
