Niyara Projects

Niyara Projects is located in Shop No.11 at Singhal Residency. If you know the area in Sector 73, we are tucked away behind the A-Square Mall. It is a developing part of the neighborhood, so there is usually some construction noise or dust from the nearby roads. The office is small and functional. We have a few desks and some chairs for people who drop by to talk about their plans. Being behind the mall means it is a bit quieter than the main road, which is nice when we are trying to concentrate on drawings or paperwork. Sometimes the parking at Singhal Residency gets a bit tight if there are a lot of visitors, but people usually find a spot. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking on the phones. It’s not a flashy place, just a regular office where we get things done. Sometimes we go over to the mall for a quick bite or to meet people. The sun hits the front of the shop in the afternoon, so we have to keep the blinds down to see our screens properly. It feels like a local neighborhood spot. Most of the people living in the residency know us by now. We just handle the projects as they come in and try to keep everything moving along. It is simple work but it takes a lot of time to get everything right on the maps and schedules.
