Our office is situated at D-152 in Sector-49 of Noida. It is a very plain-looking building on a street that gets incredibly busy when people are going to or coming from work. Inside the space, it is mostly just long rows of desks with people wearing headsets or typing quickly on their keyboards. We have been working out of this location for a long time now, and the office definitely has that lived-in feeling with some scuffed-up floors and piles of paper that never seem to get any smaller. We deal with the job market all day long, so the telephones are basically ringing without any stop. It can get quite noisy when everyone is talking at the same time, and sometimes some of us have to step outside for a few minutes just to get some peace and quiet. We have a small corner where we keep the water cooler, and that is usually the spot where people stand to chat during their breaks. It is not a flashy or modern place with glass walls or any kind of expensive art. We just have the basic things we need to get through our daily tasks. The air conditioning sometimes struggles to keep up when the heat outside gets really bad, so we have a couple of extra fans blowing on us to keep the air moving. We just focus on the lists in front of us.
