Mydatasync

Mydatasync is located over at C-161 in the Phase Ii Extension area. It’s a bit of a trek depending on where you're coming from, but we've been here for a good bit now. We do a lot of work with data and keeping things synced up, which is basically what the name says. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular spot where we keep our servers and desks. Sometimes it gets a little cluttered with cables and spare hard drives lying around, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our day sitting in front of monitors making sure things are running the way they should. It’s mostly just us working through tasks and handling whatever comes up in the morning. We don’t really do big meetings or fancy presentations here. If you stop by, you’ll probably see a couple of us drinking tea and staring at code. The Phase Ii Extension neighborhood is mostly quiet during the day which helps us focus. We started this because we liked working with tech and it just turned into a daily routine. There’s always something to fix or a backup to check on. It’s pretty straightforward work but it takes a lot of time to get it right. We just try to stay on top of things as they come in.
