You can find us over at Plot No.18 in Sector-140A. We’re up on the second floor of the building. Noida has grown so much lately, and being in Gautam Budh Nagar puts us right in the middle of all the new construction and development. Sterling Components is really just about the parts and the pieces. We spend our days surrounded by cardboard boxes and technical specification sheets. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people walking around in expensive suits. Most of us are just wearing simple work shirts and focus on getting the right components out to the factories that need them. The second floor can get pretty warm in the middle of summer, but we’re used to it. We’ve been doing this for several years now. It started as a small idea and eventually grew into a proper private limited company, but we still feel like a small, tight team. We handle a lot of logistics and quality checks ourselves. If a part isn’t exactly right, it simply doesn't leave the floor. That’s just how we do things around here. There isn't a big manual on how to be "corporate" in our office. We just know our inventory and we know our customers. Sometimes the traffic on the way into Noida is a nightmare, but once we’re at the plot, it’s all about the work. We drink a lot of chai and talk about upcoming orders. It’s a steady, reliable pace.
