Our office is located at A-197A in Noida Sector 19, which is a pretty established part of the city. Since we’re a private limited company involved in education, a lot of what we do involves the behind-the-scenes work. We handle the stuff that people don’t usually see, like planning and the administrative side of the schools. The building itself is just a regular spot on the street where we have our desks and filing cabinets. There’s always someone on the phone or typing away at a computer. It’s not like the actual classrooms where kids are running around; it’s a bit more focused and quiet here, though we still hear the city noise from outside. We have stacks of papers and boxes of supplies that sometimes sit in the hallway for a day or two. The kitchen area is where we all end up meeting for a quick break to talk about our projects. We don't spend our time writing fancy brochures; we just try to keep the business side of education moving along. It’s a lot of emails and meetings about schedules and logistics. People come in and out for various reasons, and we just try to keep things organized as best as we can. It’s a practical workspace for people who are serious about getting things done. We’ve been in Sector 19 for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood and the local tea stall nearby.
